We are also committed to giving our clients only very energy efficient homes. Most of our custom
homes are built with 6” walls using R-21 and a minimum of R-38 blown in ceiling cellulose insulation. We recommend and
use only R-rated with ultraviolet protection windows in order to reduce sun damage and heat or cooling loss. This will save
our home owners 40% or more on their future heating and air-condition bills for years to come.
